About Callinzo
An AI receptionist for specialty practices: every call answered, booked, screened and handed to the right person.

What we are building
A practice's phone line is where care begins and where it is most often lost: to voicemail, to hold music, to an answering service reading a script. Callinzo answers every call, checks who is calling, books on the practice's real schedule, screens a concern with questions the practice's clinicians approved, and pages the on-call when it matters. It hands the practice's staff the work that needs a person, as tasks, with the call's summary attached.
Callinzo is built around how patients actually ask for care: on the phone, in their own words, at any hour. The receptionist brings that to a practice's own line.
Who is behind it
Callinzo was founded by Neeki Kumari, who leads the product and works with each practice through onboarding.
How we think about safety
A health product that guesses is worse than no health product. So the receptionist does not diagnose and does not give advice. It never improvises: a deterministic controller decides every line from scripts the practice approved, and screening questions go live only when a clinician at the practice has approved them.
If something sounds urgent, it stops asking and gets a person involved: the on-call clinician by secure page, or 911 instructions at once for emergency words.
How we think about privacy
The receptionist asks for what a call needs and no more. Text messages never carry medical details. Recordings are off unless the practice turns them on and tells the caller. Every read of a transcript is logged. Calls feed the receptionist's learning only after de-identification and only where a practice has allowed it in writing.
There is no advertising in Callinzo, and nothing in it is built to follow anyone around the internet.
