Callinzo for patients

Someone answers.
Every time you call.

Your clinic's line is answered on the first ring, in your language, by an assistant that says what it is, checks who you are, and gets you a visit or the right person.

What a call is like

Answered, understood, and never left on hold.

The receptionist does the front desk's phone work. It never gives medical advice and never pretends to be a person.

Say it. Hear it back.
Get on with your day.

What a call sounds like from your side. Pick a moment and read what the receptionist does with it.

YOU SAY

“I need to see someone about my knee, after work if possible.”

It checks who you are, asks a few yes-or-no questions your clinic's doctors wrote, and offers the next times that fit. Booked, and confirmed by text.

On the practice's real schedule, not a callback list.

FOR PATIENTS

Answered on the first ring

Day, night, weekend or holiday. No queue and no voicemail.

Your language

Picked from how you start. Ask for a language that is not live yet and it tells you plainly what it can do today.

Your visit, confirmed by text

Book, move or cancel on the practice's real schedule. A confirmation arrives at once, with nothing private in it.

How a call goes

Three steps, no menu to press.

  1. 01

    Say what you need

A visit, a question, a refill, a person. In your own words.

  2. 02

    Confirm who you are

Your name, date of birth and the best number to reach you.

  3. 03

    Done, and confirmed

A booked visit by text, a task for the practice, or the on-call on the way.

The patient side

One less thing to pay for.

Your clinic pays for the receptionist's coverage. Callinzo does not charge you to have your call answered or your appointment request handled.

Your clinic's visit fees and your phone carrier's charges still apply.

no Callinzo fee for patients

  • Ask for a person; availability follows your clinic's staffing
  • Clinical concerns stay out of confirmation texts
  • Clinical advice comes from your care team

Need a person? Say so.

During hours you are transferred to the front desk. After hours, a message waits for the morning, and anything urgent pages the on-call clinician while you are still on the line.

Available on every call, in every live language.

Questions patients ask.

Can patients book an appointment without waiting on hold?

On a line covered by Callinzo, callers can request a visit directly from the assistant. It gathers the required details, checks the available schedule and visit rules, reads back the offered appointment, and asks for confirmation. If no suitable slot is available or the request needs staff review, it records the next action instead of inventing availability. Ask to test pickup time and peak-hour capacity on your forwarded line.

Can a patient still speak to a real person?

Yes. During practice hours, a request for a person routes to the configured front-desk number. Outside those hours, a routine request becomes a callback task for your team. Urgent concerns follow the clinician-approved escalation protocol. Human availability depends on your staffing and forwarding setup; Callinzo does not supply a separate 24-hour clinical team.

What happens when a patient calls after the office closes?

The assistant identifies itself and explains that the practice is closed. It can help with an available appointment or an approved routine answer. A request that needs a person becomes a message for the team; an urgent concern follows the practice's escalation rules. Messages, bookings, and escalation outcomes are available in the dashboard for staff to review when the office opens.

Am I talking to a robot?

Yes, and it says so at the start of every call. It is the practice's AI assistant, working from scripts the practice approved.

Can I talk to a person?

Always. Ask, and you are transferred to the front desk during hours. After hours, a message goes to the desk for the morning, and urgent calls page the on-call clinician.

Will it tell me what is wrong?

No. It never diagnoses or gives medical advice. It asks a few safety questions your clinic's doctors wrote and gets the right person involved.

Who hears the call?

Only the practice's staff, by role, and every look at a transcript is logged. Recordings are off unless the practice tells you otherwise on the call.
