Medical answering service

A traditional answering service reads a script and takes a message. Callinzo knows your schedule, your providers and your on-call rota: it books the visit, screens the concern with your clinicians' questions, and pages the right person with a secure link. The message is the fallback, not the product.

AI receptionist

Most AI receptionists let a language model improvise. Here a deterministic controller decides every line from scripts your practice approved, so the receptionist cannot invent a policy, a price or a diagnosis. The model-free design is also why the cost per minute stays low.

HIPAA-compliant AI answering

Minimum-necessary collection, no patient details in text messages, encryption, an audit trail on every transcript read, recordings only by consent, learning only after de-identification and written permission, and a BAA at onboarding.

Medical virtual receptionist

A virtual receptionist is a person working remotely, one call at a time, during their hours. Callinzo handles concurrent calls within the deployment's configured capacity, across agreed coverage hours and supported languages, at $0.20 a minute, and hands your staff the tasks that need a person.

AI patient scheduling

Booking, moving, cancelling and confirming on your real providers, visit types and rules, with waitlist offers in order and outbound confirmation campaigns. Every booking is on the schedule your team already looks at.

Orthopedics, spine, neurosurgery, sports medicine, pain management, surgical practices

Each has a pack of its own: visit types, routing rules and post-op, spine, injection and pre-op screening forms. See the specialties page for the full list.
