The notes a coder repeats.
- An ECG interpreted in the office is 93000 (tracing and read); a tracing done elsewhere and read here is 93010.
- Echo and stress codes are complete services; when the practice bills only the professional component it appends modifier 26.
- Device checks have frequency limits (for example one remote pacemaker interrogation per 90 days); the schedule should keep the interval.
